Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement

These terms apply to all services provided by Asbestos Clearance NSW. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope

Our services are limited to the scope confirmed in our written quote. Additional work requires a separate engagement.

3. Site access

You are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the site, including any required keys, access codes and removal-contractor coordination.

4. Independence

We act as independent assessors. Our reports represent our professional opinion based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.

5. Reports

Reports are issued to the engaging party and may not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent. Reports relate only to the area inspected.

6. Fees & payment

Fees are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. Air-monitoring results are released on receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the fees paid for it. We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
